I have more than 15 years CNA, Respite 2 and NCP 1 year. I have worked with Autistic an non verbal children, mothers with postpartum, and psych patients I have has cases when they children had noise proof headphones and communicated with me through tablet and pointing . My previous experience was tracking behaviors and progress and assisting with routines and emotional regulation. I supported parents and used reinforcement strategies when the child had moments. I used patience, I observed, Documented and used calm communication ensuring that i didn't trigger the child in any way
